Over a series of rigorous 1:1 sessions we unpack your business model, brand, product and marketing strategy, operations, tech, team and governance.

My insights are then synthesised into a comprehensive 12-month roadmap, giving you a clear and detailed operational plan to scale your business and achieve your goals.

What we cover

  • Where are you going? Understanding your business model, market, vision and mission, key goals, team structure, and main challenges / blocks.

  • What do you offer? Unpacking your current product and pricing strategy, customer journey, marketing funnels and growth opportunities.

  • Who are you and why does it matter? We dive into the principles of cinematic storytelling, brand values, tone of voice, content pillars and visual design.

  • How do you deliver your product/ services and what are the roadblocks? Together we map your business processes and optimise for efficiency. This also includes a review of team capacity and capability, and your tech stack.

  • You will receive a checklist of legal, financial and HR-related governance requirements to ensure you are covered.
